Anushka Sharma in kurta dresses

anoushka sharma (of rab ne bana di jodi fame) has never really caught my eye. i find her a bit bland, she doesn’t seem to look too great in anything she wears. i am guessing it is because she is wayyy to skinny. has anyone seen that movie with her and shahid kapoor? what the eff was that stupid movie called? ah yes. badmaash company. what an epic failure of a film that was.

i am really big on traditional, punjabi style dressing and this look is exactly that. i know a lot of people might think this is too loud and too much, but i for one am obsessed with the mix of electric colors, print and the insane embroidery.

does everyone love this as much as i do?  it is so refreshing to see someone wearing a shalwar kameez after seeing millions of freakin anarkalis and gowns.  the look is kept quintessentially punjabi by being paired with khussas, jhumkas and churiyaan.
